By completing the WildDolls membership form you become a subscriber (the 'member') and agree to the terms of this agreement. These terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of WildDolls (the 'service') at any time. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments. Once the join form has been submitted, you have become a 'member'.

As a member you are responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the billing plan at the time of your registration. Subscription fees are non-refundable. As of June 2008, the fee plan is as follows: $4.95 for a 2 day trial recurring at $29.95, or $25.95 for 30 days by credit card recurring at $25.95 every 30 days, or $55.95 for 90 days by creditcard recurring at $55.95 every 90 days. As an option we offer a non recurring fee of $35.95 by credit card for 30 days.
Residents in Austria, Germany, Netherlands can join by EU-Debit thru bank for a non recurring fee of 20 Euro for 30 days.

To ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of supply of the service, subscription fees will be automatically billed against the member's credit card (or other approved facility). The cost of renewal will not exceed monthly membership cost at the time of member's initial subscription (currently $25.95/30 days or $55.95/90 days). Any increase in WildDolls subscription rates will not affect the cost of renewal.

Members who decide not to continue their membership must notify CCBill prior to the end of the trial period. If the 30-day/90-day membership is not cancelled prior to next billing date, the membership will automatically convert to monthly/bi-monthly billing at the end of the 30 or 90 days.

Membership may not be assigned or transferred. The user name and password must not be distributed to others. This act will result in immediate suspension of service. Usernames and passwords only works individually, simultaneously access to the movie database with your user/pass is not possible, a script tracks your user/pass, by this we prevent sharing or hacking usernames and passwords. Any unauthorised breach of membership will result in WildDolls holding the member liable under law.

Members are responsible for providing WildDolls with notification of any breach of security in relation to user ID or password.

WildDolls reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual and/or cancel a membership. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Members are responsible for providing all personal computer, communications equipment, and any other necessary equipment to gain access to WildDolls.

Any liability of WildDolls including, without limitation, any failure of performance, error, omission, breach of contract, or any other cause or action will be limited to the amount paid by a member for the preceding 2 months. In countries, states and territories which do not allow claims to be limited to exclude incidental damages, the above may not apply.

The material provided by this service is for private, non-commercial use. WildDolls holds the rights through copyright and license agreements. Should any part of WildDolls appear in violation of these, please contact mail: info [at] wilddolls.com All movies are protected with hidden watermarks. Download managers are not allowed. QuickTime Pro is required to save the movies from the moviedatabase. All other movies can also be downloaded as zip-files. For faster downloads, bandwidth is not throttled on our servers.

WildDolls regarding any information services makes no warranty, or products provided directly by WildDolls or a 3rd party source.

The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18, and is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the subscriber and WildDolls.
